Harmful Insect / Vermin

■Bird feces under utility pole and cable.

There are plates attached to the poles with either electricity company’s or telephone company’s (NTT etc.) name and number. Please contact them.

■Bird nests

If eggs or chicks are still in the nest, it might not be removed due to the wildlife protection law.

Please contact us after the birds left the nest and when it is empty.

■Rats

Rats may enter your apartment through small holes in the building.

【Countermeasures】

・Fill the entry gaps with bundle of wire mesh or steel wool.

・Avoid leaving food within the reach of rats. (store food in a sealed container or closed storage cabinet)

・Try to keep less cardboards and newspapers stored in your apartment.

It is important to make the environment that does not attract rats.

Animals that cannot be exterminated

Wild animals might not be captured or exterminated without permission due to the wildlife protection law

■Do not feed animals

Please do not feed stray cats or wild animals. It can cause problems due to feces and urine, etc.
