Suddenly my water bill went up

There is a possibility of water leakage if your water bill suddenly increased with the same usage as before.
Please check the following matters.

【Checking Water Leak】
・Shut all the water faucets including the washing machine and other appliances.
・Check the toilet for a possibility of water leakage.
・Check if the pilot disc is stopped. (check the picture at the bottom)
■In case, pilot disc is stopped. 
There is no need to worry about water leakage.
■In case, pilot disc is spinning. 
There is a possibility of water leakage. Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

【How to check the pilot disc on the water meter】

①Find your water meter outside. 
It should be located at the passage or common area of your building.② Open the metal lid of your water meter (the apartment unit number is shown on the back side of the lid), check the pilot disk (see the picture, below).
Make sure it is your apartment unit.


If you cannot find your water meter or unit number on the meter, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center first.
