Move-out Procedure

I want to inform/ change my inspection date

If you wish to inform or change your inspection date, please contact us at Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept the change depending on the situation. 

■Notes of inspection date
・ We accept inspections from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
・ Inspection takes about 30 minutes.
・ The staff in charge will inspect the room with no luggage nor furniture inside.
