I want to cancel my contract (move-out)

Terminate Contract Online (in Japanese)


・Please have your Contract Number ready; that is in the upper-right of your contract document.

・The cancellation must be notified at least one month in advance.

※The cancellation process may vary depending on the contract. Please check your lease contract for details.

・It may not be possible to cancel the termination request in some cases.

・Also for a corporate contract, please apply from the link above.

If your contract is under your company name and do not have the contract number in hand, please talk to your company’s personnel. 

・To cancel only a parking contract, apply via our app "ruum."

Q. When is the earliest termination date that I can choose?

It is one month later from the date you apply.

※It may be different depending on the contents.


Q. What is move-out inspection?

Our staff inspects your apartment with your attendance to check if there is any damage that needs repair.


Q. What if I do not attend the move-out inspection?

Our staff will inspect your apartment after you move out (without the presence of the tenant)


Q. I do not see the option of “no attendance for the inspection.”

Depending on the lease contract, you may not choose the option.


Q. How can I choose the inspection date?


Please choose the date on the Contract Termination website, or contact us via the "ruum" app.


Q. Do I need to find a moving company?
