Remote controller for A/C is broken, or not found

■Remote controller for A/C is not working.

The battery might be out. Please replace the battery.
If it still does not work, please check the manufacturer and model, then contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

■Lost the remote controller

Please use the universal remote controller which you can purchase at the local hardware store, or please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center with manufacturer’s name and model.

※If the tenant is responsible for the malfunction or loss of the remote controller, the replacement cost will be charged to the tenant.
