■Want to order the water purifier cartridges
You can order the water purifier cartridges from Takagi CO., LTD. directly.

■When the water purifier cartridge will be delivered?
The first cartridge will be delivered to you during the period you requested in the application form.  
*In some cases, it might take about two weeks for the delivery if the application date and the requested delivery period are too close.

■The water purifier cartridge has not arrived
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Takagi Co., Ltd. to find out the situation.

■I want to cancel the water purifier cartridge

Please follow the procedure below at the Takagi’s website. 
※It leads to an external website.

① Cancelling within free trial period (45 days)
Please prepare the Takagi’s customer number or the apartment tenant number.
・The “Takagi’s customer number (6-7digits)” is shown on the delivery slip sent with the cartridge.
・The “Tenant number” is shown on the apartment lease contract which we handed over at signing of contract.

② Cancelling after free trial period
Please proceed via email, phone, or chat. 
No cancellation required when moving out. It will be automatically cancelled on your last rent payment.
※For “Mizu-koubo mini (faucet built-in type),” please follow procedure ②.

■There was a charge/fee after the water purifier cartridge cancellation procedure
