What are the required procedures to move in?

■Points to note when moving in

・To start using utilities, please call each supplier such as electricity, gas, and water by yourself. Contact information for utilities are indicated in the handed document “Sumairu information (住まいるインフォメーション)“ (※1) or “ruum” app (※2).
・Please check the size of entrance opening, apartment layout and delivery route before purchasing/carrying in furniture.
・Parking at other tenant’s parking space is strictly prohibited when you park a mover's truck. *Daily parking service may be available at some properties.
・When disposing cardboard boxes and bulky trash, please follow the “garbage disposal guideline” of your municipality or ask a recycle company for collection.
・After you move in, please go to the municipal office to report your change of residence, and a local police station to change address in your driving license.
*If we cannot confirm your current address in case of lost keys, or etc., we may not be able to provide our support services (DK Select support 24 or 24-hour support)

■Greeting neighbors/posting a nameplate 

・ When moving, it is recommended that you greet your new neighbors (upstairs, downstairs and both sides) because you may cause some inconvenience to them when carrying in luggage/furniture.
*From a security reason, some tenants may find it unsafe to post their nameplates at the entrance door, especially the tenants who live alone. It is your own choice to maintain a comfortable living environment.
