Common Questions

Rent payment was not debited due to insufficient balance

If the rent payment was not debited, please pay by the following ways. 
Note that it may be charged a late administration fee. Check your contract’s information.

① Showing a barcode in your smartphone 
You can show a barcode in your smartphone and pay at a convenience store.

[1] Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center, request for the rent payment barcode and share your mobile phone number (make sure your smartphone can receive text messages from Japanese numbers).
[2] We will send you a link with a confirmation notification as a text message (On the day ~ on the next business day). 
[3] Please open the URL link and log in with your mobile number and confirmation code.
[4] 「バーコードを表示する」 please tap this button, display the barcode and make a payment at the convenience store cash register. 

■Applicable Convenience stores: Seven Eleven, LAWSON, MINISTOP, FamilyMart, Seicomart, Daily Yamazaki.
■The numbers that will be used for the confirmation code message:0570036512 or 0032069000

※Please check the setting of your smartphone in case there is no message in the inbox.

② Using a payment slip (postcard) 
For those whose payment could not be confirmed, we will mail a payment slip in the beginning of the following month (around the 10th). Please pay using the postcard at your nearest convenience store.

(example) In the case of a June rent payment for a May 26th or 27th debit:
→ Payment slip will be mailed around June 10th.

・Rent will be debited either on the 26th or 27th of each month, just one time.
・Please check with your bank to confirm the status of your debit (by bankbook entries, etc.)
