The following actions might help you to resolve your A/C problem:

• Ensure the circuit breaker is on.
• Change the battery of your remote control and reset its power.
• Unplug the A/C's power and restart after 10 minutes.
• Open up the cover of the A/C and press an "emergency mode button".*
• Check if the filters are clean.
• In winter, the cause of the problem might be a frozen outdoor unit. In this case, please wait for a while until it gets defrosted.
