Air conditioner test running / How to clean the filters

≪Check your A/C before each season≫

Prompt repair may not be possible because there is a high volume of A/C repair requests during hot and cold seasons. We appreciate your cooperation for checking your A/Cs prior to each season.


≪How to check the A/C operation in summer≫

Set the temperature to 18°C and run it in “cold” mode for 10 minutes to ensure that cold air comes out. If it’s not cooling properly, check here. If the problem does not improve, please contact us via app.

■Cleaning A/C Filters

  1. Remove the filters and use a vacuum cleaner to get rid of dust.* 
  2. Wash away the remaining buildup on the filters (Be gentle to the filters to avoid any damages on them).
  3. Wipe off the water with a towel and let it dry in the shade. 
  4. Set them back (No moisture left. It might cause mold and/or malfunction).

Note: For internal cleaning of A/Cs, request it for a specialist if it’s necessary. Disassembling and cleaning further inside of the AC on your own may cause malfunction.
