・Contact Daito Kentaku Leasing Store or Property Insurance Center (0570-003-357/　Weekdays 9:30～17：00) if you do not know your policy number.

② If you signed up for “House Guard Insurance” provided by Daito Kentaku Group.

Please contact House Guard Customer Center (0120-365-289/ 9:00～17:00).

③ If you signed up with any other insurance company.
