 ・You can check your insurance contents from Website for Policy Holders（Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance）if you know your policy number.

・The policy number is stated on the insurance policy document. 

Contact Daito Kentaku Leasing Store or Property Insurance Center (0570-003-357/　weekdays 10:00-12:30, 13:30-17:00) if you do not know your policy number.

② If you signed up for “House Guard Insurance” provided by Daito Kentaku Group.

■Those who applied through the website

Please confirm the text message or the email of “My page information (マイページのご案内)” our company sent you. 

■Those who applied via paper-based

Please have your insurance policy ready and check it via “ My Page”.

*Your “My Page” login ID is your policy number. 

③ If you have enrolled in the Tenant Compensation Program (Renters insurance) [入居者補償制度（賃貸住宅居住者総合保険）] through “Ruum Support”

Please verify it via the Ruum app  by navigating to My Room⇒ Ruum Support⇒サービスを確認する(Check Service) ⇒入居者補償制度(Tenant Compensation Program)

④ If you signed up with any other insurance company.

Contact the agent or insurance company you have applied with.
