Hot water stopped coming out from the water heater

Please check and try the following measures.

① After you move in, you must contact your gas company. You must be present when the gas company staff member is starting the installation at your apartment.

② If the hot water remote panel is displaying an error message, please turn off the remote-control power and turn it on again after 1 minute.

③ Try to push the restore button on the gas meter (Located close to the outer side water heater).

Please note that during the winter season, when the outside temperature drops below the freezing level, the water pipes outside and inside the water heater might get frozen, causing the hot water to stop running. Please click here for more information on how to prevent freezing.

If your water heater freezes, please wait until it melts naturally.
*Please refrain from pouring hot water on the water supply pipes as it may cause damage.

If the above does not improve the problem, after confirming the error code, please contact your gas company or Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
