I pay my rent by credit card, but I still received a payment slip

The payment slip is mailed to the tenant when the rent payment by a credit card was not successful. Please pay your rent with the payment slip.

We ask the credit card company to process the payment (charge) around the middle of each month.
e.g.) Process around the middle of January → February rent

Possible reasons for the failure of the credit card payment are as follows;
■The initial setup of credit card payment has not been completed.
The credit card payment begins the following month or two from your application.
Please pay your rent by the current payment method until the credit card payment begins.

■The credit card number/expiration date has been changed, or the card has been renewed.
In this case, we may send you a payment slip until the new registration is completed. Also, depending on the credit card company, the change (or renewal) may be notified to our company without notifying the customer. 

■Lost membership status according to the terms and conditions of the credit card company. (※1)
When it happened, the credit card payment may be cancelled, and we may send you payment slips.

■The registration is not approved according to the terms and conditions of the credit card company. (※1)
In this case, we may send you payment slips.
