Change Payment Method

"ruum" is available for our tenants to change their payment method online. Please note that there is a service fee of 170 JPY for each rent payment.

◆How to change payment method to Automatic Direct Debit (English instruction)
◆How to change payment method to Credit Card(English instruction)

*Not applicable for lessees with business purposes, such as running warehouses or stores.
*May be not applicable depending on contract details.
*Tenants who wish to pay by credit card must join [ハウスリーブ (House Leave)] guarantor company's service. There is a 22,000 JPY initial registration fee to join this service. Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center for further information.
