The air conditioner is not working (malfunction)

If there is any malfunction, such as “the power does not turn on” or “the louver (the part that changes the direction of the airflow) does not move,” please try the following:

  • Ensure the circuit breaker is on.
  • Unplug the power cable of the A/C and put it back on after 30 seconds.
  • Unplug the A/C's power and restart after 10 minutes.
  • Open up the cover of the A/C and press an "emergency mode button".
  • In winter, the cause of the problem might be a frozen outdoor unit. In this case, please let the A/C on for 10 minutes and see if it gets defrosted.
