Use of Common Areas/Building Cleaning/Lost items

Common areas refer to entrance hall, passageways, staircases, and etc... Please cooperate with us to maintain common areas empty as these areas serve as emergency exits.


(1) Common areas are used also as evacuation routes in case of fire or any other emergency. Please keep garbage, personal belongings, bicycles, etc. out of these areas.

(2) The use of any source of ignition, such as barbecues and fireworks, is prohibited. It may cause inconvenience to others or it may cause a fire.

(3) No climbing nor standing on handrails, fences, and outdoor units of air conditioners as it may cause injury.

(4) In case you find a lost item in the property, please report it to the police.

Building Cleaning

Our contracted cleaners clean the common areas every month. For inquiries regarding the building cleaning, contact us through the app.
