May I leave appliances, furniture, or garbage that I installed when I move out? /Do I need to clean the unit?

■May I leave appliances, furniture, or garbage that I installed when I move out?
Please remove or dispose of all the personally installed appliances and furniture when you move out.

It may take more than a week to schedule the oversized garbage collection. Please contact your municipal office or garbage disposal bureau as soon as possible to verify the disposal method, location, and schedule the collection date.

*If the scheduled collection date is after your move-out date, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
*Do not leave your over-sized garbage at the apartment’s garbage station without scheduling the collection.

■Do I need to clean the unit?
It is not required to clean the unit, but please make sure to not leave any personal belongings behind.
