Issuance of various documents

Access Home from ruum>各種手続き(various procedures)>書類申請サービス(document application service) to obtain the following documents:  

■Lease Contract (Copy)
■Contract Renewal Agreement (Copy)
■Certificate of Residence
■Certificate of Building Fire Resistance

Please download the English manual from here and use it as a reference when applying for document issuance. 

【Procedure flow】
Access Home from ruum>;各種手続き(various procedures)>書類申請サービス(document application service) on the “ruum” app
Register as a user and apply for the document application service.
※You can choose either “Download” or “Postal Mail” as the method of receipt when you apply. 
※Issuance fee
・Download: 550 yen (tax incl.)
・Postal Mail: 1,650 yen (tax incl.)
Processing fee payment/receive the document
※The timing of the fee payment varies depending on the method of issuance (pre-payment or post-payment)
