Payment

I would like a receipt/bill statement of the rent.

It is possible to download a PDF of the online billing statement.
・The issuance of rent receipts can be processed under the contractor’s (main account holder) account.
・It is possible to make the request up to 3 times. Therefore, please download the receipts accordingly.
・If you require a paper version, please print out the PDF using the printer at a local convenience store.

■Method of issuance
・Log-in to your ruum account and proceed “My Room” tab, then look under “利用明細 (billing statements)”.

・The receipt for the prorated rent can also be issued when you move out. Once you receive the notice for the move-out settlement, then it will be possible to issue the receipt. Until then, one month's rent will be shown on the statement. Please note that you will not be able to use this service after one month has passed from the notice of move-out settlement.

・Even after you apply to move out, the billing schedule after the move-out date will be displayed until the room is handed over and the move-out fee is confirmed.

・For parking lot only (including those using a parking lot in a different building separate from the actual residence), the receipt cannot be issued through ruum app. In such case, please contact us via the ruum app for further information.
