What are the purposes of common service fee and community association fee?

Common service fee is used to maintain common area and planting maintenance in the apartment property.

※The community association fee is different from the common service fee. Please inquire your local community association for the detail of the fee.
Please refer to your lease contract document whether you are charged for the fees since each building and community have different condition.
